Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.

2. Marketing and Promotion:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Administrative Tasks:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to food and beverage operations.
- Assist in inventory management, order processing, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments.

4. Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
