Radisson Hotel Group hiring Front Office Receptionist in Riga , Park Inn by Radisson Residence Riga Barona (full time).

We are looking for Front Office Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service.
Welcome hotel guests, ensure check-in and check-out.
Perform audits and reporting.
Lead the Reception team.
Work closely with Rooms divisions manager.
Be aware of any special requests and requirement guests may require.
Provide and maintain high service and customer care standards to hotel guests.
Maintain high confidentiality in regards to guest privacy.

Requirements:

Fluent English, Latvian, other languages will be considered as an advantage.
Experience or interest in hospitality industry.
Ability to work shifts.
Knowledge of OPERA PMS system (or similar) will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Passion for delivering great customer service.

Salary: 6, 80 euros per hour ( bruto) depending on the skills and experience.
