3700 m2 heated production facilities and another 1000 unheated. The heating is generated from sawdust or wood chips full automatic from silo to modern boiler. The factory is covered by gantry cranes.

The production facilities today are used by a wood element factory for export to Scandinavia with its own design studio. The factory has been in operation since 2001. The reason for the rental is that the Owner is retiring.

The rental can be taken in full or in part. The rental can be reduced during start up and is object to negotiation.

The plant is operational today, but far from using its full capacity. The factory is situated on 2.39 hectares of land which is included in the sale. The factory consists of 4800 m2 buildings. The yard is about 10.000 m2 covered with asphalt. There are also several small workshops 1 with a ditch. There is a 612 m2 isolated dry warehouse and separately 936 m2 dry, but non isolated warehouse. There are several large gates that provide cargo delivery and shipping. The 2 largest is 7m x 5.5m. Office space with wardrobe, conference facilities, canteen and so on is a total of 275 m2. The office space overlooks the production.

The whole factory area is equipped with a camera system and has a fire alarm.
The factory is located in an area with skilled and productive employees.
The factory is earlier certified according to EN14732-1.
Flight time from Copenhagen 1 hour 20 minutes. Driving from Riga Airport 1 hour 4 minutes.
The factory does not have any loans or otherwise liabilities.
The Owner is, if need be, available for technical and management consultations.

In case of wood production, it is possible to further rent or buy an industrial robot HUNDEGGER that cuts and prepares timber for production. There is a nail line, which can nail the wood along the elements. The production area is covered by 3 gantry cranes. There are several workbenches, forklifts, scissor lifts, lifting baskets, etc.
