Heated production facilities in Zaļenieki between Tervete and Jelgava for rent with or without machinery. The production facilities were originally a wooden element factory for export to Scandinavia with its own design studio. The factory has been operating since 2001 and has been gradually expanded. The reason for renting out, is that the owner has retired. The factory is not active today, but has maintained its full capacity.

The factory consists of 4548 m2. approx. 3500 m2 are heated with an automatic stoker boiler.
Production equipment includes an industrial robot that cuts and prepares the wood for production. After that, there is a nailing line that can knock the wood into elements. 3 Portal cranes cover the production area - 1 radio controlled. There are several work tables, forklift, scissor lift, lifting basket, etc.

The yard with its approx. 10, 000 m2 is covered with asphalt. There are also a number of small workshops also with asphalt outside. Separately, there is a 655 m2 unheated but dry warehouse. There are several large gates that ensure supply and shipping, the largest of which is over 7 meters wide. Trucks can drive directly into the factory and be loaded or unloaded as needed. The office facilities with wardrobe, canteen and so on are a total of 275 m2. From the office facilities there is a view of the production.

The area is camera-monitored and has a fire alarm.

The factory has had a permanent staff of employees. Furthermore, the factory is located in an area where there is ample access to good, productive and loyal employees. Intellectual and certified employees have also not been a problem attracting to the factory from the university and Engineer Academy in Jelgava.

The factory has previously been certified in accordance with EN14732-1, which is the key to sales in Scandinavia.
The factory with its cranes is suitable for many different types of production. The factory is tuned for wood production. But the Owner is open to renting/selling for any production - for example steel production and welding which will take great advantage of the overhead cranes.

The factory is ideally located in Zaļenieki village 20 min from Jelgava. 1 hour from the airport. Zalenieki has its own castle, a curiosity to visitors from abroad. The factory is not far from the famous Tervete Nature Park.
