Two-room apartment with high ceilings, full of charm, offering a view through the tops of oak trees onto Riga’s most dynamic intersection the corner of Brīvības Street and Gustava Zemgala Street. Renovated and comfortable for living, with a few minor fixable details, mostly in the kitchen. Restoration of the wooden interior doors has been started but not completed. The front door is metal and in good condition.
Great layout entrance through a hallway separated from the other rooms; from there, to the left, a spacious, bright living room with double doors, straight ahead a bathroom and toilet. From the bathroom to the right, there is a bedroom (furnished as an office in the pictures) with a built-in wardrobe and a window facing the courtyard; to the left, the kitchen with a pantry and a window overlooking Gustava Zemgala Street where those lovely oak trees are.

Proper staircase metal entrance door with a code, no unpleasant smell, clean, with flower stands. The basement storage area has been converted into a civil defense shelter.

Central heating; utility bills last July were €86, in November €155, this February €205, and in April €196. The apartment is warm in winter and not hot in summer. There is gas, but we didn’t use it.

The courtyard has a green area and neatly renovated buildings with designated car parking. On the ground floor of the building, there is an “Army and Civilian” store; next door, on the ground floor of another building, there is Lulu Pizza, and a bit further in another building is Lemon Gym fitness club. Across the street, there’s a 24-hour pharmacy, an eclair shop, VEF Culture Palace, Circle K, Teika Plaza shopping center, “Jaunā Teika”; within walking distance are also Lidl, schools, kindergartens, VEF Quarter, Domina and Cash & Carry shopping centers, and Biķernieki Forest. Public transport stops for all directions in the city are right by the house.

The furniture shown in the pictures is negotiable, depending on the wishes of the new owner. The piano is not included.
