The owner is a frequent traveler and is often away from home for extended periods. The entire apartment is approximately 95 m², and one separate bedroom is available for rent to a female tenant. When the owner returns and stays in the apartment, the common areas of the apartment will be shared.

The apartment includes:

a 24-hour security concierge at the entrance.

Rental conditions:

Monthly rent: €550
Utilities are paid separately and are approximately €200 per month in summer and up to €300 per month in winter.

The owner travels frequently and is away for extended periods, so most of the time the tenant will have the apartment entirely to herself.

When the owner stays in the apartment, she uses only her own bedroom and private bathroom. During these periods:

utility costs are adjusted proportionally according to the number of days the owner stays in the apartment;
the owner contributes a proportional share of the monthly rent according to the time she stays in the apartment.

komunālie maksājumi tiek aprēķināti proporcionāli atbilstoši dienu skaitam, ko īpašniece uzturas dzīvoklī;
īpašniece sedz proporcionālu daļu no mēneša īres maksas atbilstoši laikam, ko viņa uzturas dzīvoklī.
