The facade of the Schoolhouse Loft building has been restored in the architectural style of the early 20th century. It is characterized by strict and concise forms, which create a monolithic appearance of the house. Authentic decorative elements of staircases and entrances are made in Riga eclectic style.
Nature motifs characteristic of Art Nouveau are used in the decoration of common areas. For example, the walls of the entrance hall are decorated with hand-made tiles from the German manufacturer Galem-Baukeramik with flower relief in emerald green and rich burgundy tones.
