The International Institute of Psychology and Entrepreneurship is in a search of an HR manager.
Our major is business education around the world. Thus, we are looking for a specialist that would be able to recruit employees to our projects and companies of our partners worldwide (Austria, Latvia, Poland, Italy, UAE and other).

What do we expect from applicants?
o Focus on results and get things done approach;
o International recruiting experience no less than 6 month;
o B2 English level (ability to read, write and conduct job interview);
o Great communicative skills;
o Work experience with popular job boards: hh, Habr Career and other;
o Proactive search or headhunting experience;
o Knowledge of recruiting from Linkedin, Github, through e-mail etc; (sourcing);
o Understanding what a candidate funnel is, how to count it and how to work with it.
Range of professional tasks:
o Search for sales managers, financial directors, lawyers, assistants to the head, etc;
o Managing the full recruitment cycle;
o Maintaining a database of candidates;
o Supporting the job applicants at all stages - from the first contact to the start of work;
o Writing job descriptions;
o Work with recruiting analytics.
