We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
-Processing requests from the company's clients using the “ticket” system and e-mail (written communication).
-Providing support to customers: filing technical requests, consulting on the operation of our platform, solving customer problems within your competence, if necessary, transferring them to other levels of technical support.

Requirements:
-Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent level of English for written communication with clients, knowledge of Russian at a conversational level (knowledge of Italian and Spanish is welcome).
-High level of responsibility, positive thinking, excellent communication skills.
-Confident knowledge of computers and application programs.
-Logical thinking and analytical skills, the ability to find non-standard solutions.
