Join Our Team as a Customer Support Representative.

International online car rental platform is looking for a new team member to join our growing customer service team. You will work directly with customersresponding to emails and chats, assisting with bookings, resolving issues, and helping ensure a smooth rental experience for our English-speaking clients.

We’re looking for a responsible, friendly, and service-minded individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Main Daily Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone;
- Assisting clients with car rental bookings and changes;
- Coordinating booking details with rental partners;
- Supporting customers during pick-up or return issues;
- Registering and tracking customer cases in our system;
- Ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer concerns;
- Contributing ideas to improve customer service processes and platform features.
