Position: Junior Sales Manager in Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:
Fulfilment of the sales plan in the field of digital marketing. Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

Requirements:
BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Latvian languages.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in sales or related fields.
Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of the Marketing and Real Estate market.
