Mājas pirmajā stāvā ir divas atsevišķas guļamistabas. Vienā guļamistabā ir divstāvu gulta, kas paredzēta diviem bērniem. Otra guļamistaba ir paredzēta vecākiem vai lielākiem bērniem.
Mājas otrajā stāvā ir plaša platforma, kas var tikt izmantota gan kā gulēšanas un atpūtas zona, gan darba vieta, gan spēļu zona.

The ground floor of the house also has a spacious kitchen with a large counter for cooking and eating, combined with a living and recreation area from which you can watch the sea and the sunrise.
On the second floor of the house there is a spacious platform with a huge double bed and one single bed, which can be used as a sleeping and resting area, as well as a workplace and a play area.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need to immediately move in and start a peaceful life - furniture, bed linen, dishes, cutlery, appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, electric kettle).
The house has two large connected terraces with sea views, equipped with hot tub (jacuzzi) sun beds, table and chairs.
Near the house is a large area with a well-groomed lawn, equipped with various leisure and entertainment options (football field, children's playground with a swing and a slide). By agreement, the residents of the house have the opportunity to use bicycles for adults and children, a smokehouse, a gas grill and other necessities for active recreation.
Across the road is a shop where you can buy everything you need and a trout farm where you can catch trout in person or with the help of an assistant so that you can smoke or grill it at home. There are also great mushroom sites a few kilometers away.
Next to the house there are a variety of opportunities for active recreation - walks along the rocky beach and fishing village, watching the diversity of birds, walking along the Kaltene bird trail and from the wide observation tower.

Also, nearby (2 km) is the Kaltene Culture Club, which has not only a library with a wide selection of books, but also the Kaltene Museum. There are also various craftsmen who produce all kinds of things (blankets, villains, clothes, etc. ).
