Looking for a quiet apartment/house without extraneous smells for a long term stay.

I am single, female and I live alone, and I have a stable higher-than-average income. I have lived in Germany for 4 years before I come to Latvia and I am very experienced in maintaining a property well. I don't smoke, don't keep pets and I am quiet and tidy.

I don't have an expectation for the area and number of rooms of the apartment. And I keep an open mind about the price too. I am also willing to furnish an unfurnished one. But it is essential that the rental unit is free of smoke residue or urine smell, and preferably without noisy neighbours.
