Manufactured somewhere around the 1950s–1970s.
Some vintage Rampone saxes are highly sought after because they have a unique dark, broad sound compared with Selmers and Yamahas.

The engraving “Rampone Jazz” is also a clue. Rampone & Cazzani built instruments with a reputation for a rich, characterful sound that often appealed to jazz players looking for something less “clinical” than some modern horns.
