Hello. I am contacting you regarding the cook position on board.

I have around 10 years of professional experience as a cook. I have worked in both hot and cold sections and also have experience as a sous-chef. I am used to working in a fast paced environment, following hygiene and quality standards, and working well as part of a team.

I do not have previous experience working on board a vessel, but I am motivated to learn quickly and adapt to the requirements of working at sea. I am also ready to complete any necessary training or certifications.
