Lovat is an international leader in tax compliance solutions for e-commerce. We help our clients register with tax authorities in different countries so they can legally operate online.

Responsibilities:
Trademark issues: Manage all aspects of our trademark portfolio, including conducting searches, filing applications, prosecuting trademarks, and handling oppositions and infringements. Provide strategic advice on trademark protection and enforcement.
Subcontractor Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Advise on contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
General Legal Support: Provide legal counsel and support on a variety of other matters as needed, which may include [mention a few specific areas relevant to your company, e. g. , intellectual property, commercial transactions, data privacy, etc. ].

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
3+ years of experience.
Experience working with subcontractors is essential.
Strong understanding of intellectual property law.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
