Freelance Sales Representative (B2B Recruitment Services) – Latvia

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Representative based in Latvia to help us expand our client network.

We provide companies with reliable foreign workforce solutions, primarily sourcing qualified candidates from India and similar countries.
We work across multiple industries and can supply employees for a wide range of positions.

Role Overview

Your main task will be to contact companies in Latvia (and optionally Lithuania and Estonia) that are looking for staff and offer our recruitment services.

You will:
Make outbound calls to companies that are hiring
Present our foreign workforce solutions
Identify decision-makers and build relationships
Close partnership agreements with companies willing to hire through us

Compensation
€300 commission for each signed company contract
Freelance / commission-only basis
Unlimited earning potential
Work as much or as little as you want

Requirements
Must be based in Latvia
Own laptop and reliable internet connection
Strong communication and sales skills
Confidence in cold calling and B2B outreach
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Basic English knowledge
