2024. gada pavasarī (pirms 5000km) pēc tam, kad iepriekšējais “meistars” mainot šāles bija aizmirsis salveti eļļošanas kanālā pilnībā pārlasīts dzinējs - cits, ideāls dzinēja bloks, jauna kloķene, šāles, klaņi, gredzeni, ķēdes, pārlasītas galvas (Aschico Racing Tallinā), atjaunoti vārstu vāki, jauns eļļas dzesētājs utt. Remonta procesā izmantotās tikai jaunas BMW oriģinālās detaļas, izņemot eļļas dzesētāju, tas FMIC ražojuma. Kopējās remonta izmaksas - 17000eur. Ir visas bildes no procesa kā arī tāme no servisa. Darbi veikti IXT Workshop. Restaurēti throttle actuators no Rebuild Actuators UK. Attiecīgi novērstas visas tipiskās S65 problēmas.

Tehniski ļoti labā stāvoklī, nekādas kļūdas nelec, iet kā vajag, nekas netek, šķidrumi nezūd utt.

Mods – brake discs and calipers from M4 F8x, AP coilovers.

In the spring of 2024 (5000km ago) fully rebuilt the engine after the previous mechanic during rod bearing replacement left a napkin in the engine blocking one of the oil passages. During the rebuild a second-hand engine block was used, which was fully checked and measured to ensure it is perfect condition. Brand new crankshaft, rod & main bearings, rods, piston rings, timing chains, fully rebuilt engine heads (this was done at Aschico Racing in Estonia), refurbished valve covers, new oil cooler etc. All parts used in the engine rebuild were new and original BMW apart from the oil cooler which is manufactured by FMIC (as at the time the OE oil cooler was not available from BMW). The total cost of the engine rebuild was about 17000eur. I have fully documented the whole process in pictures plus the repair bill is available. The rebuild was done by IXT Workshop here in Riga. Additionally, to make sure all of the S65 issues are addressed, rebuilt throttle actuators were installed from Rebuild Actuators UK.

Very good condition, no faults popping up, pulls as it should, no leaks, does not consume any oil or coolant etc.

Very good visual condition, no signs of rust.

The car is equipped with a good immobilizer system and an alarm, fully compliant with the requirements for KASKO insurance.

The car is in Latvia since 2018. Never driven in winter. Originally the car was brought from USA with rear end collision damage (damaged area – rear drivers side taillight), but the airbags were not deployed and the geometry of the car was not compromised, as the impact happened in the area above the rear bumper. The repairs were done here in Latvia. I have all the pictures from the damage as well as fully documented the full repair process. The car passed the EU certification in Germany and the car had a valid TUV inspection, before it was registered in Latvia.
