Approximately 2, 8 hectares of the agricultural land may be afforested subject to municipal approval; the remaining area must comply with the technical regulations issued by ZMNĪ for afforestation on agricultural lands.

The forested area covers 49, 9 hectares, including a 7, 2 - hectare micro-reserve with restricted economic activities and a 4, 7 - hectare buffer zone with limited economic activity during certain periods. The micro-reserve is predominantly coniferous forest, while the unprotected 32, 1-hectare area is mainly deciduous forest.

The forest land features good soil bearing capacity with predominantly dry forest types. It is reclaimed, and the ditches' quality is rated as average. Renewal felling is permitted on approximately 4, 8 hectares, and stockpile maintenance is allowed on around 17, 8 hectares.

A compensation payment is possible for Natura 2000 forest areas - in this case the area on which there is a micro-reserve.

The remaining approximately 14, 8 hectares consist of shrubs.
